Ireland - North Coast Scenic Drive

Many of the places we visit have been used as TV or movie locations and Downhill Beach in Northern Ireland has its claim to fame too. Not only were we impressed by the wide white sandy beaches and quite large shells like Pete has in his hand BUT also Downhill Beach was used in the filming of Game of Thrones. If you know the series then you may recognise it as Dragonstone, where the Seven Idols of Westeros were burned.
